PRIVACY POLICY

Your Privacy Matters

Effective date: July 23, 2026  |  Last updated: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how iMomentum Marketing Agency (“iMomentum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit a website that links to this Policy, contact us, request information, engage our services, interact with our advertising, receive communications from us, or communicate with an AI-assisted agent operated by us or on our behalf.

It also explains how we process information while providing marketing, advertising, reputation, search visibility, lead-management, communications, and automation services for our business clients.

Important communications notice: We may use automated systems and AI-assisted tools to answer, place, transcribe, summarize, route, or follow up on calls and messages. We use these tools only as permitted by applicable law and the consent or other authorization associated with the communication. This Privacy Policy describes those practices; it does not itself provide or replace legally required consent.

1. Scope and Our Role

This Policy applies to personal information we process through:

  • our websites, landing pages, forms, chat tools, and online properties that link to this Policy;
  • sales, support, onboarding, account-management, and customer-service interactions;
  • our marketing and advertising activities, including email, telephone, SMS/MMS, social media, search advertising, retargeting, and lead-generation campaigns;
  • our AI-assisted lead agents, call and message automation, CRM integrations, analytics, and reporting tools; and
  • services we provide to clients, including Google Business Profile management, SEO, AEO, GEO, City Dominator, Reviews Dominator, SEO Dominator, Yelp management, Local Services Ads management, social media marketing, Meta advertising, retargeting, and sales automation.

When we decide why and how personal information is processed for our own business, we act as a business, controller, or similar responsible party under applicable law. When we process information only under a client’s instructions, we generally act as that client’s service provider, contractor, or processor. In those cases, the client’s privacy notice governs its collection and use of the information, and questions about that processing should usually be directed to the client identified in the communication or form.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not control, even if they link to us or are linked from our services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Identity and contact information: name, business name, title, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and social media identifiers.
  • Business and account information: service areas, business category, locations, goals, account preferences, user credentials, authorized users, and information needed to configure or support services.
  • Lead and customer information: inquiry details, requested services, appointment preferences, property or service-location information, lead status, quote and booking information, and communication history.
  • Communications: emails, chat messages, text messages, call recordings or transcripts, voicemail, support requests, survey responses, reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, and other content you submit.
  • Commercial information: services considered, requested, or purchased; campaign and account history; contracts; and billing-related records. Payment-card details are generally processed by payment providers rather than stored directly by us.
  • Privacy-request information: information needed to verify and respond to a rights request or authorized-agent request.
  • Applicant information: resume, employment history, professional qualifications, and related information if you apply to work with us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and network information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, identifiers, and general location inferred from IP address.
  • Usage information: pages viewed, links clicked, forms started or submitted, referring URLs, dates and times, session activity, and interactions with advertisements and emails.
  • Cookie and advertising information: cookie identifiers, pixels, tags, conversion events, audience information, attribution data, and preferences.
  • Communications metadata: telephone number, message status, call duration, timestamps, delivery status, opt-in source, and opt-out history.

Information we ask you not to provide

Please do not send Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, full payment-card data, medical information, biometric identifiers, or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically request it through an approved secure method. We do not use voice recordings to create biometric voiceprints or uniquely identify a person unless we provide separate notice and obtain any consent required by law.

3. Sources of Information

We may collect personal information from:

  • you directly, including through forms, calls, texts, email, chat, contracts, and account interactions;
  • our clients when they engage us to manage leads, customer communications, campaigns, reviews, or business systems;
  • your device and browser through cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies;
  • advertising, analytics, CRM, communications, scheduling, call-tracking, and social media platforms;
  • publicly available sources, business directories, social profiles, and government records;
  • referral partners, lead providers, data partners, and other third parties that represent they have authority to provide the information; and
  • information we derive or infer, such as likely business interests, lead priority, campaign attribution, and audience segments.

4. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, configure, maintain, personalize, and improve our services;
  • respond to inquiries, qualify leads, provide quotes, schedule appointments, route communications, and deliver support;
  • operate CRM integrations, AI-assisted lead agents, call and messaging tools, review-request systems, and sales automations;
  • manage search, social, reputation, directory, advertising, retargeting, and lead-generation campaigns;
  • create, optimize, and measure content, websites, profiles, ads, audiences, and conversions;
  • send service-related notices and, where permitted, marketing communications;
  • authenticate users, protect accounts, detect fraud, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and maintain security;
  • analyze performance, prepare reports, conduct research, forecast demand, and improve models and workflows;
  • enforce agreements, collect amounts owed, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with law;
  • support a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets; and
  • carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected or with your direction or consent.

We may de-identify or aggregate information so it can no longer reasonably be linked to you. We may use and disclose that information for lawful purposes and will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.

5. AI-Assisted Services, Calls, Text Messages, and Email

AI-assisted interactions

We may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to answer or place calls, respond to text or chat messages, transcribe and summarize conversations, qualify or prioritize inquiries, recommend responses, route leads, schedule appointments, send follow-ups, analyze sentiment, and measure campaign performance. An AI-assisted agent may interact with you on our behalf or on behalf of a client identified in the interaction.

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on an AI-assisted interaction for emergencies or for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice. You may ask to communicate with a person when one is available. We do not use solely automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals unless separately disclosed, lawfully authorized, and accompanied by safeguards required by applicable law.

Calls and call recording

Where permitted and supported by appropriate consent or another lawful basis, calls may be made or answered using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded message, artificial voice, or AI-generated voice. AI-generated voices are treated as artificial or prerecorded voices where required by law. We or the relevant client may identify the calling party and disclose the use of an automated or AI-assisted agent at the start of a call when required. Calls may be monitored, transcribed, or recorded for quality, training, compliance, security, documentation, and service purposes. We provide notice and obtain consent for recording when required.

Marketing calls and text messages

If you provide legally valid consent, we or a specifically identified client may contact you at the number you provided with marketing or promotional calls and SMS/MMS messages, including through automated technology and an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice. Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, telling the caller you do not wish to receive further calls, contacting us using the details below, or using another reasonable method. You may receive one confirmation message after opting out. Reply HELP for help. We will honor legally valid revocation and do-not-call requests as required by applicable law. Opting out of marketing does not prevent non-marketing communications that are necessary to provide requested services, complete a transaction, protect security, or comply with law.

Email marketing

You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may continue to send non-promotional messages about an account, transaction, service request, security issue, or legal notice. Commercial email campaigns are designed to identify the sender, avoid deceptive subject lines, include a valid postal address, and provide a functioning opt-out method.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Interest-Based Advertising

We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • operate and secure the website;
  • remember preferences and form progress;
  • understand traffic and improve performance;
  • measure calls, form submissions, bookings, and advertising conversions;
  • build or reach advertising audiences; and
  • deliver or measure interest-based and cross-context behavioral advertising.

These tools may be provided by analytics, advertising, and social media partners, such as Google and Meta, and may allow those parties to collect information about activity over time and across services. Depending on applicable law, some of these disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even though we do not sell personal information for money.

You may manage non-essential cookies through the Cookie Settings control on our website. Where required, we also honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. Browser settings may block some cookies but may not stop all tracking technologies. Choices are generally specific to the browser and device used.

To opt out of disclosures that may qualify as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or contact us using the information below.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Clients: when we collect or process information for a client, route a lead to a client, or report campaign and service results.
  • Service providers and processors: hosting, cloud storage, website, security, analytics, CRM, communications, call recording, scheduling, payment, customer support, AI, and professional-service providers.
  • Advertising and social media partners: to deliver, personalize, retarget, attribute, and measure advertising, subject to applicable choices and consent requirements.
  • Business and integration partners: when you request an integration, referral, joint service, or other connected functionality.
  • Authorities and legal recipients: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a lawful request; protect rights, safety, or property; investigate fraud or abuse; or enforce agreements.
  • Transaction participants: actual or potential buyers, investors, lenders, insurers, advisers, and other participants in a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • Others at your direction: when you ask us to disclose information or give valid consent.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. As explained above, certain advertising-related disclosures may be treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws.

8. Information We Process for Clients

Our clients may provide or permit us to access information from their CRM, scheduling system, website, advertising account, business profile, call-tracking system, review platform, or other business tools. We process this information to perform contracted services, such as receiving and routing leads, answering inquiries, booking appointments, following up on estimates, requesting reviews, managing campaigns, and preparing reports.

Each client is responsible for providing notices, obtaining consents, honoring privacy and communications choices, and supplying lawful instructions as required for its activities. We contractually require clients to provide personal information lawfully. If your information was collected for a client’s campaign, we may direct your privacy request to that client or assist the client in responding.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and consent records, honor suppression requests, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information, the relationship involved, contract requirements, legal limitation periods, and whether the information is needed to prevent unwanted communications. We may retain a minimal suppression record after an opt-out so we can continue honoring it.

When information is no longer required, we will delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup cycles, legal holds, and other lawful exceptions.

10. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication, vendor oversight, secure configurations, encryption where appropriate, logging, and personnel practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using strong credentials, protecting account access, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.

11. Your Privacy and Communications Choices

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email.
  • Text messages: reply STOP or use another reasonable opt-out method.
  • Calls: tell the caller to place you on the applicable do-not-call list or contact us.
  • Cookies and advertising: use Cookie Settings, the Do Not Sell or Share link, a recognized opt-out preference signal, or available platform controls.
  • Account information: contact us to request an update or correction.

We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights. Some choices may limit features or prevent us from providing a requested service. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on certain requests.

12. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to or confirmation of personal information we process; correction; deletion; a portable copy; information about categories of information, sources, purposes, and recipients; and an opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. You may also have the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and to appeal a denied request.

To submit a request, email tw@imomentum.net, call (949) 940-5865, or use the privacy-request form made available on our website. Describe your request and the state in which you reside. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, such as matching contact or account details. We will use verification information only for verification and compliance purposes.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted. We may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity or confirm the request directly. If we deny an appealable request, our response will explain how to appeal. You may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with the subject Privacy Appeal.
